In response to Governor Newsom’s announcement of his proposed 2022-23 State Budget, Senator Jim Nielsen (R-Red Bluff), Vice Chair of the Senate Budget & Fiscal Review Committee, will be available to speak to the media to offer Senate Republicans’ reaction. With a budget surplus of $31 billion, the Senate Republican Caucus has outlined a list of critical priorities urging Governor Newsom to make wise investments for a better California.
